On 24 February 2026, we will mark four years since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine—four years of courage, loss, resilience, and an unwavering fight for freedom. On this solemn anniversary, the Ukrainian Association of South Africa (UAZA) together with the Embassy of Ukraine to RSA invite you to a special screening of film “Kherson: Human Safari.”
About the film:
“Kherson: Human Safari” is a powerful documentary that brings audiences face-to-face with the lived reality of Ukrainian civilians under russian occupation and relentless attack. Through personal testimonies and stark, human-centred storytelling, the film reveals how ordinary people in Kherson endure terror, humiliation, and violence—simply for being Ukrainian—and how they continue to resist with dignity and strength.
